What size group should we train?
We are here to serve our clients and therefore do not dictate as to group size. Experience shows courses work well with as few as 5 people or as many as 25 but that an ideal group size would be 12, thus ensuring all delegates derive maximum possible benefit.

Where does training take place?
Our public, hotel based courses take place as a rolling programme at hotels in the majority of major cities in the UK (please see the 'Public Course Calendar' on this website). Bespoke in-house events can take place anywhere throughout Europe that the client chooses although there is an additional charge for courses which take place outside the UK mainland.

It is because each of ours clients needs are different that on in-house courses we offer truly 'bespoke' training with the content written to your own unique needs and the problems your staff are facing right now. On the hotel based events the content is always packed with ideas and information to collect money quicker than ever before.

We have an industry regulator?
One of the unique aspects of the service we offer is that our training can be constructed to take into consideration the needs of any industry regulator so that the training provided is commensurate with any internal Codes of Practice and the requirements of an Industry Regulator.

Are the course fees negotiable?
Fees for the public, hotel based courses are highly competitive and not usually negotiable unless you need to send a group of 5 or more people in which case it will probably be better value to speak to us about an in-house event. Fees for in-house courses are negotiable where 3 or more days training and consultancy are required and you should contact us for further information. Please see also the 'Our Fees' page

What 'core' subjects would an average course include?
Each course has its own unique character and for public hotel based events the minimum we cover is shown in the course marketing material. All our in-house courses are prepared on an individual basis so the content is discussed and agreed with you based on where you are at present and where you want to go.

How soon can we expect to see a benefit from the time and money invested?
This will depend on how quickly you start putting your new skills in to use but many clients report an immediate improvement in levels of cash collected and certainly within one or two weeks of the training taking place.
